Booking and General Queries

Whilst every venue has their own specific rules and regulations, LSE provide our own promotor guidelines which we require our customers to abide by.
Although LSE do not have a dedicated recruitment function, we do have links with various recruitment agencies at locations all over the UK & Europe. Therefore, if you need help staffing your kiosks or promotional sites, please get in touch with us!
Normally, other than the space within your stand, storage is not available. However, dependant on the venue, further storage may be available at an additional cost.
Whilst most aim to book space a few weeks in advance in order to allow enough time to prepare stock, train new staff, and ensure all is organised; if you are willing and ready, we will aim to get you get you trading as soon as possible!
Whatever you choose! Whilst we typically provide licences for between one and six months, we are happy to provide a licence anywhere from one day to one year!
Not at all. Once your proposition has been approved by LSE, you will need to produce just three pieces of paper! A Public Liability Insurance certificate, a signed licence, and confirmation that the rent is paid.

Finance and Costs

Locations Solutions Europe has a dedicated accounts team who are on hand to help you at every step of the way. Whilst the payment structure is different for every venue, generally you will be asked for payment two weeks prior to trading, with subsequent weekly invoices for the duration of your period trading. Generally, you will need a minimum level of cover. This can range from £2 million to £5 million and must cover the whole period of time that you are trading. The cost of this insurance cover is normally between £100 and £200.
Yes, you must have Public Liability Insurance (PLI) as you will not be allowed to trade without it. Most insurance companies provide this type of cover.
We rent space in shopping centres, as well as a variety of commercial venues, to a diverse range of businesses! Dependant on a number of factors including the location you wish to trade from and the time of the year in which you wish to trade, rents can range hugely - anywhere from £100 to £2000 plus per week.

Unfortunately not! Whilst some shopping centres and commercial venues provide RMUs (Retail Merchandising Units) from which you can display your products and trade, the majority of traders use their own kiosk as they can be tailored perfectly to both the needs of the company and the demands of the customer!
No, it is extremely simple! There are a few simple steps to take. Firstly, you will need to demonstrate to us what products or services you want to sell. We will then find you the perfect space which you can trade from. Once this is done, the paperwork is in order, and rent has been paid, your business can start trading immediately!
